Codex app

# Codex app ### Performance improvements and bug fixes - Fixed Windows sandbox refresh failures after app updates. - Fixed worktree creation and chat forking for WSL repositories whose paths conflicted with Windows directories. - Kept the recent chats section collapsed when switching between chats. - Fixed **Remove from section** so it removes a chat from its sidebar section without pinning it.
