mini-SWE-agent v1.17.5

[!warning] v2 coming on Monday! More flexibility & performance, but backwards breaking changes. Pin your dependency to v1 to avoid interruption and then check the migration guide.

This small patch release fixes a clash in the -c options for the swebench runner.
