GPT Image 2.6 Flare and Sunburst for your app's AI features

Your app's AI features can now generate and edit images with two new OpenAI models. GPT Image 2.6 Flare (openai/gpt-image-2.6-flare) is the faster model, for previews and in-app image editors. GPT Image 2.6 Sunburst (openai/gpt-image-2.6-sunburst) is for detailed visuals and precise edits.

Both models can produce a short animated GIF, and both can guide an edit with a drawing on the image. Both can also produce a still image with a transparent background, as a PNG or WebP file. Ask Lovable to use either model when it builds an image feature for your app. Generating and editing images uses credits, like other AI usage. These models are not available while EU inference is enabled.
