finishedprogress of a turn that failed (provider or network error, context overflow…) carries anerrorwith its message and type, so clients can tell it from a successful turn (e.g. a headless run's exit code). - A chat renamed with
chat/updatewhile its title is being generated keeps the new title. - Official support for
