ECA 0.154.0

  • Improve /login UX: markdown links, provider/method selection via chat/askQuestion when supported by client, GitHub Copilot login completes automatically, secrets not echoed.
  • Mark MCP servers as running right after tools listing, fetching prompts/resources afterwards so slow/unresponsive list requests don't delay server startup.
  • Ask user consent and enable the GitHub Copilot per-model policy when a request fails with model_not_supported, instead of surfacing the raw 400 error.
